Content Shock: I think this one is really self explanitory.

Echo Chambers: we are surrounded by the same thinking, perspectives and even world views.

Constant Distraction: I use my phone more than I use my toothbrush which is a bad example but I know would there be an App which would donate 1 dollar for every pick up of my phone I would be a millionär by now! And you would be too!

Exchange FOMO (fear of missing out) for JOMO (joy of missing out). Harder to do easily said, when nowadys most of the brightest minds are all working together to ensure you are hooked on advertisement online. Check out this video to dive a little deeper into this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6e1riShmak.

Solutions:

Digital Detox Days, simply a period of time where you turn your phone off and live in the present moment. One thing you can also do is deleting the Apps everytime you dont use them, but make sure to save your passworts before hand.

Another solution would be a Timer for Phone use so you are a little more mindful about where all your time went.
